Fish With Curry Sauce

All you need:

750 g fish fillets
lemon juice
3 tsps. butter
1 tbsp. Madras curry powder
3 tsps. flour
1/2 cup milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Milk Powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsps. al alali Parsley Flakes
flour, seasoned with salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsps. water

Remove skin from fish & sprinkle with lemon juice

In a pan, melt butter, add curry powder, flour and mix for few minutes

Slowly add the milk and cook while stirring for 1/2 minute

Add mayonnaise, salt, and sour cream, simmer for 1 minute, add al alali Parsley Flakes, set aside until needed

Mix the beaten egg with 2 tbsps. of water

Cut fish into bite sized pieces and coat with seasoned flour, dip into egg mixture, coat with breadcrumbs

Deep fry fish in hot oil until golden and tender. Drain

Serve with sauce and enjoy!
