Grilled Tuna Kofta in Spicy Sauce


700g al alali White Tuna Slices in Water, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup al alali Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. al alali Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

For the spicy sauce:

1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, round slices
3 tbsps. coriander leaves, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 tsp. al alali White Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp. al alali Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. al alali Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
100 g al alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
1 medium tomato, diced
1 sachet al alali Bolognaise Mix
3 cups water


In a bowl, mix minced tuna with onions, parsley and al alali Ground Black Pepper
Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into finger shapes using your hands
Grill the tuna fingers with olive oil on medium heat for 5-6 minutes from all sides until cooked. Set aside
In a saucepan, mix onion, garlic, coriander, green bell pepper, spices, mushrooms, tomatoes, bolognaise mix and water. Cook over medium heat until boil, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
Gently add the grilled tuna kofta fingers to the sauce. Simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
