Tropical Smoothie



Ingredients:

1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
1 papaya, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
1/4 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups young coconut water
2 cups ice cubes


Method:

Make-Ahead:
This smoothie is best enjoyed as soon as it is made. The fruit can be chopped 1 day ahead, covered and refrigerated.

1 Blend half of each ingredient in a blender until smooth. Divide the smoothie among 3 tall glasses.
2 Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
