Tuna Pav

All you need:

1 can al alali Tuna in Italian Sauce
Indian pav bread
al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 red onion – thinly sliced
1 large tomato – cut into quarters and sliced thinly
2 tsps coriander powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp al alali Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander – chopped

In a hot pan, add al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sauté onions until golden brown then add tomato
Add spices (coriander powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric and al alali Ground Black Pepper) and mix well

Add some fresh coriander. Cover the pan and cook until tomato turns into paste

Add al alali Tuna in Italian Sauce and lemon juice, mix well. Cook covered for 5 minutes

Sprinkle the remaining fresh coriander on top. Serve hot inside toasted Indian pav bread and enjoy!
