Vegan Irish Coffee

What You'll Need:

2/3 cup coffee (strong brewed, hot)
2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
2 tsp. raw sugar

Optional: vegan whipped cream or whipped topping

How to Make It:

Stir together the coffee, whiskey and sugar, making sure the sugar dissolves.

Garnish with a generous spoonful of non-dairy whipped cream, if desired.
