Pizza a Caballo (Pizza With Faina) Recipe

A caballo means "on horseback" in Spanish, and when this expression is used to describe food, it means you'll find something good (most often a fried egg) served on top of something else, like fried egg on top of a steak (bistec a caballo).

What You'll Need

1 12-inch cheese pizza (such as fugazza)
1 recipe
faína (prepared in a 12-inch pan)

How to Make It:
Cut pizza into slices.
Top each slice of pizza with a generous slice of fainá.
